Communication Majors: Apply for the Communication Honor Society
The Department of Communication is currently accepting applications for Lambda Pi Eta, the communication honor society of the National Communication Association.

Lambda Pi Eta serves as a basis for academic and professional growth, in addition to recognizing student excellence within the Communication Department.  Further, Lambda Pi Eta will provide access to opportunities in which students can supplement classroom material by actively participating in events and activities.  Students are encouraged to explore and discuss areas of interests and present findings in a formal setting.

Eligible candidates must:
    •    Be a communication major
    •    Have completed at least 60 credits (overall)
    •    Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0
    •    Have a communication GPA of 3.25

If you meet these criteria, please submit a typed cover sheet with your name, anticipated month/year of graduation, Rutgers email address, and attach a copy of your most current transcript.

Please submit the above material no later than Thursday, September 25, 2008 to Dr. Bolden’s mailbox in the Dean’s Office (SCILS, Room 314).
