Research Projects at the APLab |
This project is a study of the general and specific aspects of the measurement of library costs and benefits. The study focuses on the taxonomy of benefits, measurement of cost, and measurement of benefits. Five major research libraries are participating and APLab researchers have worked with directors of participating libraries to insure that attention is focused on services which are of major importance. Major funding for this project has been provided by the Council on Library Resources. The project directors are Prof. Paul Kantor and Prof. Tefko Saracevic.
