Dr. Frissen is the head of team ICT and Social Change at TNO-STB, which is a large Dutch Research and Development organization. At TNO, Dr. Frissen primarily works for the Institute Strategy, Technology and Policy, which focuses on innovation and technology policy. Dr. Frissen is also a part-time professor at Erasmus University Rotterdam, Faculty of Philosophy, where she holds the chair of ICT and Social Change. Prior to TNO, Dr. Frissen worked for departments of Communication at University of Nijmegen and Amsterdam. Dr. Frissen has a background in Communication Studies (MA and Ph.D.)
