We will limit the size of the Institute to 20-30 participants to allow for high quality interaction.  On Friday night IMSI will host a welcome reception inviting Rutgers faculty and local graduate students and special guests.  The Institute will also host all participants for a Saturday lunch and dinner.  Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon will be open for excursions into New York City for participants who wish to take this opportunity to explore the Big Apple (which is only a 40 minute train ride from the Rutgers campus).  Some of the local graduate students and faculty will serve as guides for these trips.
