Nicholas Belkin, Professor II of Information Science in the Department of Library and Information Science, Rutgers University, was a member of the National Research Council Computer Science and Telecommunications Board's Committee to Study Tools and Strategies for Protecting Kids from Pornography and Their Applicability to Other Inappropriate Internet Content. The Committee published their report: Youth, Pornography and the Internet, in 2002.
