
Mr. Doyle is the Founder of Dtech Advisors. In his consulting practice Mr. Doyle focuses on I.T. Management, Program and Project Management and Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures. Mr. Doyle’s clients include Breeze-Eastern, Hitachi Data Systems, Ferro, Johnson & Johnson, ITT, Arsenal Capital Partners, R.R. Donnelley and the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation. In his consulting practice Mr. Doyle provides services to corporations and non-profit organizations that are focused on improving the value of the organization’s information technology, assets and services. He has executed major projects delivering infrastructure and application projects for both employers and clients including fourteen mergers, acquisitions or divestitures. Mr. Doyle has also served in interim senior technology positions for his clients. Previously, Mr. Doyle was the Vice President Information Technology for Ames True Temper ($500M marketer and manufacturer of non-powered lawn and garden equipment). Prior to Ames, he was the Senior Director, Information Technology for Agere Systems ($3B Semiconductor Company) where he was responsible for I.T. Strategy, Global I.T. Infrastructure, Security and the company’s I.T. outsourcing agreements. Additionally, he has held senior technology positions with Lucent Technologies, Black & Decker, ARINC, and General Electric. Mr. Doyle has over 30 years experience in Information Technology with industry knowledge spanning Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Semiconductor, Telecommunications, Finance and Insurance, Aerospace, Customs Brokerage, Pharmaceuticals, Media and Entertainment and non-profits. Mr. Doyle received his B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University, is married and resides in Mendham, New Jersey.
