Greg’s workscape transformation experience includes strategic reinvention of corporate communications functions in two Fortune 500 companies. This involved identification of strategic drivers, organizational capabilities and professional competencies optimizing the value corporate communications, public affairs and marketing communications professionals deliver to customers and shareholders. Greg currently serves on the Editorial Board of Communication Quarterly.
Greg’s other workscape transformation experiences include conversion of financial reporting systems, insurance savings plan changeovers, agricultural and pharmaceutical product development initiatives, and manufacturing optimization efforts in 22 agricultural, chemical and pharmaceutical production sites.
