Dr. Lawrence Mondschein '80 BS, '85 MLS, '88 Ph.D.

Dr. Larry Mondschein is Director, Business Continuity, for Johnson & Johnson. He is based at Johnson & Johnson's World Headquarters in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Larry began his career with Johnson & Johnson in 1983 at Janssen Pharmaceutica U.S. in regulatory affairs. In 1989, he joined the Worldwide Environmental Affairs Department in New Brunswick. His responsibilities have included managing the Corporate Sustainability Report and creation of the Environmental Excellence Awards Program. For the past fifteen years, he has been instrumental in the development and training of personnel on environmental crisis management. Larry holds a B.S. in Human Ecology from Cook College, an MLS from Rutgers SC&I and a Ph.D. in Communication, Information and Library Studies from Rutgers University Graduate School.
