International Association of Business Communicators - Rutgers Student Chapter
IABC helps students connect with professional mentors in potential career areas; provides a means to involve graduate students in mentoring undergraduates; and encourages a venue to involve alumni with our current students. The group runs field trips to organizations of interest; fund-raisers; philanthropy with local nonprofits; and social and networking events. Membership is open to all students (not just Communication majors) with interests in the topics of the association--marketing, advertising, corporate communication, public affairs, community relations, human resources, training, and government relations.
Meeting times: Every Tuesday night through Spring 2009, at 8:00pm, in the SC&I Student Lounge.
