Children growing up in today's complex media and information environment need to be equipped with proper media literacy education programs in order to be responsible citizens, Professor Robert Kubey says.
Kubey is director of the Center for Media Studies at the School of Communication and Information. He is also author of "Creating Television: Conversations with the People behind 50 Years of American TV." Kubey has done extensive research in the areas of collaboration, innovation, and creativity, and for the past two years taught the doctoral course "Explorations in Creativity and Play."
