Ice Cream Social Marks End of Fall Semester at SCILS
SCILS opened up its doors December 10 for the first Ice Cream Social, where nearly 200 students, faculty, and staff took the opportunity to relax and mingle with one another before digging into final papers and exams. Hosted by SCILS Dean Jorge Reina Schement and organized by students in the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), the ice cream social was the dean’s way to mark the last day of fall classes. The event allowed SCILS undergraduates and graduate students—as well as students from across Rutgers—to mix with faculty and staff.
