Sophomores, juniors and seniors at SCILS can win up to $350 by exercising their writing, research, and reasoning muscles in two separate contests.

Lambda Pi Eta, the communication honor society, is sponsoring the Public Speaking Contest (click here for more details). The deadline has been extended to Wednesday, April 15. There are three separate cash prizes of up to $350. Write on the Money
The Todd Hunt Chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) is hosting their first SCILS Spring Essay Contest (click here for more details). Entrants are asked to write about topics concerning student life and future careers. There are three cash prizes available up to $350. The deadline for essay submission is Wednesday, April 8 at midnight.
