The Reader's Corner Excellent range of genres, particularly good on romance. See the link to Regencies.
Soon's Historical Fiction Site Created and maintained by Soon Y. Choi this is an excellent source of resources and detailed information on historical novels.
Bookwire Excellent resources to book information on the WWW. For instance, maintains link to on-line bookseller list containing neat details.
National Film Board of Canada A wonderful site has opened. Although still under construction, a great deal of detailed information on the NFBC and the over 9000 films produced is included.
Mass Media Information A useful resource on mass media.
WOMEN'S LINKS
National Organization of Women Contains a very large number of links to other sources including papers on issues of concern to women.
National Woman's History Project The work of the NWHP is clearly displayed on this website. It includes a good test of knowledge on
women in history.
Feminist Majority Foundation Online will offer a comprehensive array of information on all aspects of women's issues. It includes a feminist faculty database.
InforM's Women's Studies Database One of the best women's studies data base located at University of Maryland. Note the syllabi, reading room and reference room.
Catherine Decker's Homepage Great presentation of both the scholar and the immersed fan. The Regency pages are most helpful.
Women's InSite Nifty connections to all sorts of thins including writing by and for women.
Voices of Women Home Page Powerful directory to all kinds of sites relating to women. Great for networking to women's services, including health information.
A Celebration of Women Writers This site contains links to information about women writers as well as actual texts and recordings. Alphabetical arrangement.

The Franklin Institute Science Museum This site includes several virtual exhibits.
Smithsonian Home Page Contains many links to the Smithsonian museums. The graphics are good but large.
United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Ongoing project that makes available information about the museum, its resources, and its research activities on holocaust and genocide studies.
Yad Vashem Home Page The Holocaust Martyrs' and Heroes' Remembrance Authority located in Jerusalem, established by act of Parliament in 1953. This url doesn't always work so have patience.
