Notice the Placement of the Characters. Neither Character is dominant over the other. Instead, the two are Placed Side-by-side on the Page. God and Shaniqua are also of Equal size. In fact, Shaniqua is Slightly taller and her wings make her seem larger. The brightness of God's clothes, though, makes him stand out slightly more.
