SCHOLARSHIP
Following ten years of professional experience in higher education and as a consultant to business, I chose to complete my Ph.D. and develop a research program at a major research university. My research is focused on the study of strategic and effective integration of information and communication technology (ICT) in the work place to facilitate knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, and knowledge management. I also study various aspects of Social Informatics, especially in the context of organizations or communities.

- Gender and Technology as it relates to the Human Computer Interface
- Web Site Quality and how people perceive web site information reliability and credibility
