            Rutgers University Conversation Library
            Establishment of the Rutgers University Conversation Library housed in the Communication Department, a database of audio- and video-taped and transcribed naturally occurring conversations, used annually by approximately twenty scholars from around the country and the world, and 80-120 graduate and undergraduate students at Rutgers.

            Rutgers University Conversation Analysis Action Inventory
            Developed an online system for inventorying actions in videotaped interaction.  Used by undergraduates and graduate students at Rutgers, and by scholars around the world.
