LISSA is the student association of the MLS program at Rutgers University. The association has monthly meetings and maintains its own listserv, LISSA_L.
LISSA_L was organized to post departmental messages about colloquiums, courses, and class changes to the students in the MLS program. It should also be used to communicate information of general interest to fellow MLSers. For Information on how to sign up to the listserv, check out the LISSA_L FAQ. If you should need further assistance contact the listserv administrator. If you web browser can't support frames, try the original lissa_l web page.
Watch for announcements here, on LISSA_L, and on the bulletin board in the student lounge and throughout the SCILS building for information about the next LISSA meeting or scheduled activities. Also, be sure to remember to check the MLS table outside of the MLS home office on the third floor of the SCILS building for departmental announcements.
There are a number of ways you may contact someone at LISSA. You could leave a note in the folder on the LISSA office door, SCILS #338. or you may connect one of the LISSA officers by e-mail.
