Katie Kang’s research focuses on issues relevant to anonymous communication, organizational communication and group communication. Her doctoral dissertation will examine the role of anonymous communication in mutual support organizations. Additionally, she has presented her work at the annual meetings of the International Communication Association and the National Communication Association. At Rutgers, Kang has taught courses in Virtual Team Dynamics, Group Communication, and Communication Theory. Kang's dissertation advisor is Craig Scott.
