The Advanced Creative Operations Silver Certificate aims to equip students with the necessary tools for advancing their careers and strategically innovating Creative Operations teams and organizations. Through this 12-week certificate program, participants will acquire the skills to grow professionally, assess and maximize the potential of their people, processes, and technologies, lead effective in-house teams, and optimize Creative Operations.

This program is tailored to support ongoing growth, evolution, and transformation of Creative Operations, aligning with business and client needs. It focuses on keeping teams engaged, creative, and well-resourced through both short- and long-term strategies.

Topics covered include best practices, challenges, and opportunities related to developing and evolving an optimized, efficient, and agile organization. Instructors, all esteemed professionals in advanced creative operations, will share their experiences, insights, and ideas on agility, team management, communication, collaboration, creativity, quality, budgeting, data and metrics, ROI, and more.

Program Details

Prerequisite

To be eligible for the program, participants must show professional proficiency in Creative Operations and have at least three years of experience working in this field. Individuals who have successfully completed the Rutgers Digital Asset Management Bronze Certificate will be deemed qualified for enrollment.

It guides the transition from good to better and best states, with a focus on developing a strategic plan to achieve those objectives.

Module 3

In the third module, our attention shifts to the broader perspective of advancing and innovating your creative operations and in-house agencies toward the "ideal" state. This involves discussions on demonstrating return on investment (ROI), constructing a longer-term strategy, effectively "managing up," collaborating with leadership to articulate a compelling narrative about Creative Ops, fostering a strategic mindset, striving to secure a seat at the leadership table, cultivating an agile team and process, and more.
