Cecelia Houser is a Principal in Korn Ferry Hay Group Leadership and Talent Consulting Advisory Practice, based in the Firm’s Chicago office. She is a skilled facilitator who specializes in individual and team leadership development, organizational change and culture, strategic planning, and executive coaching. She joined Korn Ferry in 2007, after 24 years with the Center for Creative Leadership and 5 years with Lore International Institute. Participants in her programs represent senior leadership of Fortune 200 companies, higher education executives, large healthcare/ academic facilities, and professional associations.
Houser also continues her commitment to higher education, both in leadership and executive coaching. She has been an executive coach to leaders in the Kellogg School of Management eMBA program (Northwestern University), Purdue University and Texas Christian University programs. She has also certified coaches in competency modeling at the University of Chicago (Booth School).
Houser earned an Ed.D. from Illinois State University, a master’s degree in educational psychology from Montclair State University and a bachelor’s degree from The College of New Jersey.
