Zack Langway is a communication and community engagement leader with broad experience, domestically and globally, across healthcare, policy advocacy, international development, and higher education. Throughout his career, he has worked with nonprofits, businesses, and change agents to combine storytelling and community engagement into strategies that help advance build connections and drive engagement to improve people's lives.
Langway currently is the Vice President for Alumni Relations at Brown University, where he leads a team responsible for fosterling a lifelong sense of community amongst 100,000+ Brown alumni worldwide. He previously held a variety of strategic communications leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, and also served as the Global Leader for Communication and Health Equity for the J&J Open&Out LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group. Prior roles have focused on digital strategy and strategic communications at agencies and nonprofit organizations.
Langway serves as an adjunct instructor at both Rutgers University and Towson University, with a focus on digital engagement and social impact communication. He lives in Massachusetts with his husband and son.
