Ivana Lazaroska is a dedicated research administrator specializing in pre-award processes, with experience in both private and public institutions. Passionate about supporting research, she collaborates closely with faculty, graduate students, and staff to navigate the complexities of securing external funding. Her expertise includes identifying funding opportunities, guiding proposal development, and ensuring submissions are complete, accurate, and compliant with institutional and sponsor guidelines.

Beyond proposal administration, Lazaroska is actively engaged in research development and process improvement, working to enhance internal workflows and streamline pre-award support. Committed to fostering collaboration and advancing research initiatives, she plays a key role in strengthening institutional research capabilities.

Lazaroska is a proud alumna of the federal Critical Language Studies program (Azerbaijan, 2016) and volunteers as an evaluator and flight leader for the American Councils for International Education. Outside of work, she has a deep appreciation for history, archives, collecting cookbooks from around the world, and traveling.
