Lauren Bell holds a Master of Information (MI) degree in Archives and Preservation from Rutgers University. She has spent her career focusing on the preservation, digitization, and access of cultural heritage materials so that everyone can have access to this type of content. Lauren has held internships and grant-funded positions at institutions such as The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Frick Art Reference Library, and the Corning Museum of Glass. Currently she spends her days digitizing rare books and archival material as a Digital Imaging Technician at Princeton University Library. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys learning new crafting skills such as metalworking, bookbinding, and fiber arts.
