Please join Journalism and Media Studies professors Regina Marchi and Mary D’Ambrosio for a briefing session about undergraduate media study and international reporting courses that will travel abroad in spring and summer 2022. Students will have an opportunity to travel to Guatemala for 10 days, to study the role of media in struggles for democracy in Central America; to visit Ireland to learn about the role of Irish-Gaelic language journalism in struggles for political autonomy and cultural identity; and to practice working as foreign correspondents and travel writers in Bologna, Italy.
