The newly revised edition of “A Guide for Leaders in Higher Education: Concepts, Competencies, and Tools, Second Edition” highlights the need for leaders and aspiring leaders in higher education to “think broadly about the purposes of higher education and the dynamics of organizational excellence, and to apply these insights effectively in goal setting, planning and change leadership,” and more.
“My time at Rutgers, the education I received, and the teachers and peers I met, led me to where I am today. Simple as that,” said Bulut.
The award from the Radio-Television News Directors Association included a $2500 prize and and an invitation to Han to attend the RTDNA annual conference in Denver. Han said at the conference he met so many talented journalists he returned home “re-energized and motivated to go out and do great reporting.”
