Several SC&I faculty members participated in the 3rd annual Cancer Health Equity Center of Excellence conference held virtually on June 27-28, 2022.
Day one included a welcome, keynotes, flash talks, multiple breakout sessions, awards, and recognitions.

Doerfel’s work focuses on how organizations build and sustain relationships across sectors during and after environmental disasters, and much of her field research takes place in areas where environmental conditions disrupt interorganizational networks, and thus entire communities.
After two years of hosting virtual graduations during COVID-19, SC&I was thrilled to host an in-person convocation ceremony at Jersey Mike’s Arena to celebrate the Class of 2022 with their families and friends.
