Presbrey has vast experience in talent and people development and has delivered training to multi-cultural audiences in Europe, Middle-East, Asia Pacific and North America. She spent 15 years with Viacom, Inc. leading their education, communication, and change strategy for their top brands including Paramount Pictures, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central and MTV Networks. Her experience has taught her that communication, collaboration and soft skills are critical for managers to succeed in their professional roles.
Today, she develops and facilitates training for a wide range of business sectors including banking, insurance, sales, hospitality and entertainment. She specializes in Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Cultural Intelligence, Change Management and Personality Profiling.
