Luxuan Wang's interested in information crisis, polarization, and platform regulation and governance. Her previous work has examined the complexity of social media in civic life concerning citizen journalism, the democratic divide, misinformation engagement, and politics of computational quantification in different socio-political contexts. She's also a graduate affiliate of the Center for Information, Technology, and Public Life (CITAP) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
