Rutgers University School of Communication and Information Faculty and Ph.D. Students will Participate and Present at ALISE 2018
Professor of Library and Information Science, Marie Radford will co-present a juried paper entitled, “Training Knowledge Creation Facilitators: The Alignment of Organizational Needs with LIS Expertise and Curriculum.” The session will be held on Wednesday, February 7 at 8:30 a.m. Professor Radford will also serve as moderator for four additional juried paper presentations.
Director of the Master of Information Program and Associate Teaching Professor of Library and Information Science, Lilia Pavlovsky will participate in an Innovative Pedagogies SIG panel entitled, “Curricula and Programs for the Expanding LIS Education,” on Wednesday, February 7 at 8:30 a.m.
Assistant Professor of Library and Information Science, Charles Senteio and Part-Time Lecturer Nancy Kranich, along with Lynn Silipigni Connaway, will co-present a OCLC/ALISE LIS Research Grant Paper entitled, “Investigating Engagement of Public, Academic, and Medical Libraries with Community-based Health and Wellness Activities in Diverse Urban Communities” on Thursday, February 8 at 2:30 p.m.
