Rutgers Center for Organizational Leadership (OL)

The Rutgers Center for Organizational Leadership (OL) is a university-wide center at Rutgers University that provides programs and consultation in the areas of organizational advancement and academic and administrative leadership development. OL offers a wide array of programs and services to help administrators, faculty, staff, and graduate and medical students enhance their leadership and organizational knowledge and competencies. Formed in 1993, OL serves as a national leader in the areas of organizational quality and self-assessment, leadership development, and communication improvement in higher education.
