How to Apply to the ITI Major

Before you can apply to the ITI major, you must first meet these requirements:

  • Complete College Writing (01:355:101), or College Writing Extended (01:355:104), or an equivalent course with a grade of C or better. 

  • Complete at least 15 credits at Rutgers (or have at least 15 transfer credits to Rutgers), with at least a 2.0 cumulative grade point average.

  • Complete the introductory ITI major course: 04:189:103 Information Technology and Informatics with a grade of C or better.

Declare a Minor

ITI students have many options for minors from the list of SAS minors.. In addition to the SAS options, SC&I offers two minors:
