SC&I's Office of Student Services provides academic and student life support to undergraduate and graduate degree and non-degree students in SC&I academic programs.
In addition to supporting students, the Office of Student Services provides ongoing administrative support to the academic departments and faculty in SC&I. The office offers assistance with managing special permission numbers, monitoring course enrollments, and proctoring make-up exams and assignments.
In-person academic advising and walk-in hours are suspended for Spring 2021 due to the University’s remote status.
During the Add/Drop and Preregistration periods, advisors will be available through the AdobeConnect Undergraduate LiveChat. Students who have general questions or need academic information can visit the chat room site to connect with an undergraduate advisor. Do not include personal information as this display is public.

Support for Rutgers-wide computing is provided by the University Helpdesk Website.
The university also gives access to computer labs around the various campuses for student use.
Several computer labs are in SC&I buildings. The labs have desktop computers, sophisticated software, and printers. Hours are posted at the door to each lab and announced via the SC&I_ANNOUNCE listserv.
